RMD Office Solutions Ltd is able to offer Document Archiving facilities to clients wanting to free up valuable office space by storing documents off site in an external facility. Offered on a permanent on going or ad-hoc basis.

How it works :

  1. Set up: Clients are issued with an Archiving Pack which contains an Archive Index, Archive Labels and details of how to arrange a collection or return.
  2. Archiving: Each item to be stored is labelled and referenced within the Archive Index.
  3. Collection is arranged by calling RMD Office Solutions Ltd. Items to be archived are logged by RMD Office Solutions Ltd and stored.
  4. The Facility: All Archived items are store within our secure, confidential and dry facility, ensuring all items are maintained in perfect condition.
  5. Authorised personnel are only allowed access to Archived items within our facility as per access / authorisation levels set up by our clients.

Archiving Materials: Archiving materials can be purchased direct from RMD Office Solutions Ltd at competitive prices:-

  • Archive Boxes
  • Tape
  • Marker Pens

Retrieval: Retrieval is arranged by telephone, fax, e-mail or by personal visit. Returned items are logged out by RMD Office Solutions Ltd prior to delivery or collection. Items are delivered direct as per client's instructions.

Review Offices: The contents of archived items can be viewed in private side offices within our Archiving Facility. Access to full office facilities (telephone, fax, copier, PC and refreshments) is available when reviewing files within our Archiving facility.

  5. Payroll queries presented by yourself, your employees or a third party (Inland Revenue, Benefits Agency, Tax Credit Office or other) are dealt with positively and efficiently
  6. You are advised of payments that are due to the Inland Revenue / third parties
  7. All tax year end reconciliation, reports and Inland Revenue documentation are produced and completed to meet the latest Inland Revenue legislation.

This service is aimed at companies who retail goods and are looking for a reliable and efficient solution to the postage and packaging of goods bought via mail, telephone or on-line ordering.

How it works:-

  1. Goods are warehoused by RMD Office Solutions Ltd.
  2. Orders are received from our Clients and processed same day
  3. Goods are suitably packaged
  4. Goods are dispatched for delivery as per Client instructions
  5. Exchange / Returns handling

Warehousing:

RMD Office Solutions Ltd warehouses goods due for distribution on behalf of our clients and can also accept deliveries direct from suppliers. Goods are stored in a dry, secure facility, which carries comprehensive insurance.

Order Processing :

Orders received from our Clients are processed, packaged and dispatched on a same day basis if received before 3:00 pm (Mon-Fri). We confirm receipt and dispatch of all orders to our Client's nominated contact. Items can then be tracked via our website and are given a unique dispatch code.

Packaging :

All items are assessed and packaged accordingly, using protective materials to ensure items are undamaged in transit.
